Also nice to this course is that the course starts with the explanation of sound and not immediately moves into the DAW. I am using Reason software as the DAW, and the course is fully done within Live, but that doesn't matter, as I can use the explanation also in my DAW and that makes it such a great course. Even the first part where the Live DAW is explaned and how to work in that DAW is interesing, as I could use this in my DAW as well.

I had been looking for this type of training from an online school but the cost was out of my range for a comprehensive program that provides all that the Music Production Certificate includes. I have absolutely no musical background at all yet I found the lessons covered to date very easy to follow and very informative as well. I could easily spend the rest of my life trying to achieve the same level of knowledge by trying to read the manuals of all the tools covered in this certificate. Another advantage is being able to take the various modules at your own pace without any pressure from time constraints. Finally, having lifetime access to the course and only $50.00 per hour for 1 on 1 tutoring all add up to make this a tremendous a value. MIXXIN Academy thank you so much!!!!

To get results out of it you just need to be patient and if you not following some info just go back watch it again and try to apply it on your own projects. I'm personally have never worked in Ableton and not going to do it, my favorite DAW is Cubase which is the best in my opinion. You know what? That doesn't meter what even plugins you use. Having that basics, roots, understanding as a weapon you can work with a sellphone and you know what... you can get a pretty good result. The only critique on my side is that I found some topics are not connected to the main idea on my opinion , however, who knows there are might be plenty of other guys who really needs it. Apart of that I'm very satisfied and going to return to chapters in different aspects of production, mixing and mastering on and off.

I have been very diligent in the last 3 years in trying to learn how to make my music from start to finish a reality by watching videos and I had thus far found nothing fully comprehensive until this course! Although it is a lot of information and the person teaching can sound quite monotone at times his knowledge and detail of each facet of the craft is amazing and has truly opened my eyes to the world of audio immensely. I know understand not just serum and massive, but other synths like even 3X osc. Looking to practice more.... The above is computer generated. Anyways, a lot of the elements taught in this course were things I already knew. But, this course was really helpful in educating me in what they are used for, why they are used, when not to use them, and how to combine these processings. Although I still need to practice a lot. I'd say I've learnt a lot, and this was very edutaining. I will revisit this course again.
